HUD sponsors housing counseling agencies throughout the country that can provide advice on buying a home, renting, defaults, foreclosures, and credit issues. South Sound Outreach is 1 of 5 HUD approved Housing Counseling Agencies in the Pierce County area.
FREE FORECLOSURE PREVENTION WORKSHOPS - Monthly we offer several self-help workshops for South Puget Sound homeowners worried about the affordability of their homes.
Due to the high demand for counseling we require homeowners to attend a workshop prior to scheduling an appointment with a counselor.
